Sameera Group is a Chennai land and real estate company. It says it began in 1982 and has spent four decades buying land, getting layouts approved and selling plots. Two managing directors, Jayakumar Murugesan and Sandeep Kumar, run the business.
In its own numbers, the group has developed over 900 acres and sold more than 13,700 plots. In October 2026 it said 35 projects were under development and 28 more were in the pipeline. Earlier this year it set aside about ₹300 crore for ten new plot and villa projects across ten Tamil Nadu districts.
