Please read this page before you rely on any information on this site.
This website is not the official website of Sameera Group or any Sameera company. We are not the builder, its agent or its employee. The Sameera name and logo belong to their owners and are used only to say which projects we write about.
We collect enquiries and pass them to the sales team of the project or a channel partner.
We take care to write correct details from public sources. But projects change. Prices, sizes, dates, plans and offers may be updated by the builder at any time without notice, and what we show may be out of date.
Prices marked with an asterisk are indicative. They are not an offer. Always ask the builder for the current price sheet in writing.
Images on this site are artist impressions or sample pictures. The finished project may look different. Amenities, specifications and layouts are as promised by the builder and can change.
Before you pay any money, please do the following yourself.
We are not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising from the use of this site or from reliance on its content, including any decision to buy or not to buy a property. Your dealings with the builder or a channel partner are between you and them.
Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to buy or sell, or legal, tax or financial advice. Please talk to a qualified adviser before you make any decision.
