Pre launch means a project has been announced and the builder is taking early interest, but the full sales push has not started. Rates, plot plans and even sizes can still change at this stage.
Most Sameera projects on this page are plotted layouts in gated settings. They sit around Chennai and in towns such as Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Vellore and Devanahalli near Bangalore. Possession dates run from late 2028 to 2030.

Pre LaunchKundrathurGated plots about 2 km from Kundrathur Main Road. The Outer Ring Road is around 6 km and Porur junction about 8 km, which helps if you work in the Porur IT belt.
Pre LaunchKanchipuramA small 5-acre layout with just 118 plots. Sizes run from a compact 573 sq ft to very large plots above 11,000 sq ft. NH48 is about 4 km away and the famous temples are 7 to 8 km.
Pre LaunchThirumazhisai160 plots on 6 acres, close to Poonamallee and about 8 minutes from the Outer Ring Road. Plans show a clubhouse, pool and gym. This layout already has a TNRERA number.

Pre LaunchRed Hills210 plots on 10 acres at the lowest starting price on this page. Red Hills bus stand is 5 minutes away and the Chennai bypass road about 15 minutes.
Pre LaunchWalajapetA large 21-acre layout with about 350 plots. The Chennai–Vellore highway is around 5 km away and Vellore city about 20 km.
Pre LaunchChengalpattuAt about 35 acres this is the largest plot layout in the pre-launch list. The Chennai–Trichy highway is 3 km away and Chengalpattu railway station 5 km.
Pre LaunchArcotA 10-acre layout with roomy plots, some far larger than the usual 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft. Arcot bus stand is 5 minutes away and the highway about 15 minutes.
