A new launch is a project that has opened its bookings to the public. For Sameera, the latest wave came between 23 August and 1 September 2026, when the group opened a batch of plot and villa layouts across Tamil Nadu in just ten days.
New launches give you the widest pick of plots. Corner, road-facing and larger plots usually go first, and early rate sheets are often lower than the rates asked later in the same layout.
