Sameera Group says it has sold over 13,700 plots and developed more than 900 acres. Plots are still the heart of its range, from small gated layouts of about 30 plots to big townships of 180 acres or more.
Plot sizes on this page start around 450 sq ft and go past 2,000 sq ft, with a few very large sites above 9,000 sq ft. Starting rates range from about ₹4.7 Lakh* to ₹85 Lakh*, depending on the town and size.
